We moved to Shanghai in late 2004 with a 5 month old baby. 13 years and 2 more kids later, Shanghai is home for us even though we carry French passports.

Our top best seller is the wild Scottish salmon. To share a quick and easy recipe, place your fish on a casserole dish, season and top with your choice of vegetables. We used diced tomatoes, but you can use asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, capers or celery or whatever you wish. Place in the oven on 80C for 45 minutes to bake and you will have the most yummy dish for your family. We used a 1 kg piece of salmon but you can scale that down and adjust accordingly.
