We are pleased to introduce Shanghai Mamas’ new Mindful Mamas, Mindful Kids Yoga Community!
All ages can benefit from mindfulness. The simple practice of bringing in a gentle, accepting attitude to the present moment can help promote happiness and relieve stress. Yoga is a form of mindful movement where one is able to connect with both the body and mind.
Join us for our first ShMamas x Mindful Mamas, Mindful Kids yoga class on Friday 21 January, 4:00pm – 5:00pm in Huangpu District, around a 10-minute walk from Laoximen or Lujiabang metro stations.
Mamas and kids can connect, play, and unwind together with this special yoga and mindfulness class. Enjoy a meaningful hour together practicing yoga, breathing, playing games, and practicing mindfulness activities. The class is open for mamas and children aged 5 to 10 years old and is free to attend.
