There used to be a group on Shanghai Mamas for Irish mamas (well it was for British and Irish mamas) but until the groups come back I’m just going to post this on the general forum…
The Irish community organisation – Le Cheile – is having it’s annual BBQ on Saturday 26th September (Shangri La Pudong, 4-7pm). It’s one of the main Irish community events of the year and a good opportunity to get to know people if you’re a new arrival or just hang out with other folk from the motherland if you’re an old arrival. It’s kid-friendly, non-Irish friendly, generally friendly.
