Stage Manager: Coordinating and setting the stage schedule – many of the acts have been booked, just need to follow up on a few loose ends prior to the party. The day of the party you will be a true state manger by making sure the acts flow well, the Emcee knows what is up next and might have some minor trouble shooting duties. You will have tons of support from the executive committee and other volunteers.
Volunteer Coordinator: Recruiting and coordinating of volunteers, scheduling (through on-line sing-up) and day-of the party management. You will have tons of support from the executive committee!
