Shanghai Mamas Party – Call for volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to help out for the 2015 Shanghai Mamas Party. The party is always a lot of fun, and is only possible with the help of the Shanghai Mamas community. This year’s party will be held Sunday, October 25 2015 at YCIS in Hongqiao.

We need help with jobs on the day of the party, including selling raffle tickets, staffing the entrance, and helping with set up and clean up. Volunteers get free entrance (for themselves only) to the party.

Hi Robyn,

I couldn’t figure out a way to show that on the site. However, if the spots are all full for a given task, the “slot me in” button disappears from that row.

As a guide, all of the tasks except stage assistance have 2 or more spots per time slot. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
