We're now officially on WeChat – find out about our January events!January 12, 2018 at 1:47 PM
We’re beginning our new year as we intend to go on, and we intend to have an official presence on WeChat! If you are following our official account, you will have received our first official post this week, which we are very excited about. If not, then you should join us! You can do that by scanning the QR code at the end of this post.
Our first post linked back to some of our favorite articles from last year, listed our January events, as well as providing details of some of the welcome events offered by the Community Center this weekend. You can see details below…
The Shanghai Mamas Book Club met last night to discuss the January 2018 book selection – Wish Lanterns: Young Lives in New China, by Alec Ash. It was a wonderful book, which we will review for next week. Please remember that reading the book is not a requirement for joining us – if you are in need of a night out, some adult conversation and maybe some adult food/drink – join us! If you’re interested in following but can’t make the meeting, join our WeChat group! Find me on WeChat at Hannah_Zheng_ and I can add you in.
